quotes reading

dear listers,
hello. I know this is going to be hard to explain but let me try.
whenever I type something between quotation marks in google for instance, jaws
seems to read everywhere I go with quotation marks. like: on the desktop it
would say "my documents" "my computer" etc.
that's not so frequent I should say. and is solved if I restart jaws.
anybody knows a similar case?
