programming editor and compiler that works welll with jaws

Hello:
I have downloaded an editor and I guess a compiler edsharp I am trying to find
out what is the difference between this product and comercially available
multi-edit 2008 or whether there are some better editors or compilers available.
I am using jaws 10.0.512 thank you very much for your help.
