you have to switch between identities
alt f
then letter s,
and arrow to the identity you want to use
and press enter
then control m to pull new email down

Hello,
I have created a identity in outlook express. In the main identity ctrl + M
checks and downloads new messages for the accounts created but in other
identity this does not work. I have to go to tools> and then click on the
account by entering. I have tried repairing the installation but this has not
got fixed.I thought ctrl + M should work all the identities which have been
created or perhaps it is like this only or something can be done to fix this?
