powerpoint 2003 with jfw 6

I noticed that in powerpoint 2003 the slide number is not spoken as it did in
powerpoint 2000 when pressing page down. Any fixes for this? Also how do you
move to the outline payne? f6 doesn't seem to do this. What settings such as
toolbars do I need to change for it to work well with jaws? Do I need to keep
the task payne on or off?
