outlook express question?

Hello, Everyone:
A friend of mine has a problem with her outlook express. When she press'
control y to switch from one folder to another the names of the folders are not
spoken. If she arrows up and down through this list it says folder list 1 of 5
instead of inbox and continues that way down the list. How can I get JAWS to
say what the name of the folder is whether it be inbox, outbox, deleted items,
drafts or sent items?
