ooops, another error

Actually, I was in the system menu while JAWS was open...if I go to the
desktop, I can't find the system tray, well, I can, but it says it only has one
thing it it, the AVG something or other...
There's all this stuff that seems to be associated with adobe 9, and I hav
eno idea what it all is...what is adobe.com...do I have to go there to find my
document?
very confused...
