Marvin,

I can't do it either, so I have a sighted coworker do that part for me;
then, most of your time is spent adding the code that works the
controls.

In case there is a way to do this.  My thought is that even if there is,
there's never going to be a way for a blind person to judge the
appearance and general aesthetics and usability of a form; so, I think
you're always going to need some sighted help in the form design.
