Question: I've always kept the word zoom option in the View menu set to 100
per cent, and I have never heard before that it would make Jaws work more
accurately if you reduce the size of the displayed text to a smaller than
normal setting. Nor have I had any problems with Jaws in Word, reading my
text. Why are you recommending that someone reduce the display of their
Word document by 25 percent?

Hi John,
Try to open Ms Word, go to view, arrow to normal and make sure it's checked.
And again, go to view and arrow up to zoom, enter and change it to 75%.
It may solve that problem.
If not, Write again and someone on our list, sure will help.
