hi Michael,

the best way is remove all the messenger package, reinstall it. during the installation process, there is a screen asking add any additional features, by default all checkbox has selected. just unselect all the checkbox and press next to continue.

Subject: msn toolbar

OK, I am using sam brodcaster, and I need to remove the msn toolbar. I go to add remove programs, find msn toolbar, and click remove. It brings up a message telling me that all ie windows need to be closed, and only gives me a cancel button. I cant remove it. and as far as I know, I dont have any ie windows open.
can someone help me please?
thanks.
