What operating system are you using? Are you using Windows ME by chance?
msimn.exe is the executable (the program name) for outlook express.

Hi, I am not sure if this is a jfw problem or not but, sometimes in o e
when I open a email I get a message simn has caused an error in dibeng.dll
and will now close. Could someone tell me what this means and how to fix it?
