more info about jfw and how it might work with a new computer,

Hi:
I need to know if I have to worry about jfw 4.51 with a wireless keyboard
and a wireless mouse. I am totally blind, but if I need help, the person
that helps me is sighted and he uses the mouse, so need to know if there
will be any problems with these 2 items. If there is problems, should I go
ahead and use the keyboard I am using now with the new computer? Thanks in
advance.
