Hi Mickey,
You mentioned on your post that you pressed Control F 2. That won't do it.
It's Control and the regular number 2.
I am using Word 2000. I typed four sentences, each below the other. I
selected all (Control A). I pressed Control 2 and it set the sentences in
double space. I saved the document, closed it, then re-opened it. I then
selected the text. I pressed Control 1 and it changed to single space.
I then went to a document I was editing (68 pages) and went to page 30. At
the top of the page, I selected 2 pages. I then pressed Control 2.
Everything from the cursor position to the end of the selected text changed
to double space, without me having to select the text.
