When I want to paste a row, I use the tables menu and select, as Chris said to select and copy what I want. In order to paste it, I insert a blank row where I want to paste and overlay the blank row. I suppose you could also get everything set for the paste, turn off JAWS, paste, and turn JAWS back on. But that's a pain.
