location of language specific info

Hi. does anyone know where jfw stores synth language specific info?
someone at work for some unknown reason, setup my computer to come up
speaking german.
I was able to log in and switch it back to english, but I was wondering
exactly which file jaws stores this info in.
also, is there a way to uninstall all the unnecssary languages from
eloquence?
I am running jfw 7.1.452u at work.
I looked through the braille and synch manger, but didn't see whee i could
modify the languages that are installed.
