keystroke for identifying italics in print view in Word

Hi,
Sometimes, I use printview for a special purpose and JAWS does not read
"zontrol i" and say whether the word or phrase is italicized or not. Most
of the timeI do use "normal view"
but I need to find out to know hot to determine if something is italicized in print view.
