jfw run on startup

Hi,
For some reason when I check the automaticly start jaws on startup check box.
then reboot jaws does come up but there is no speech. if I unload it and reload
it it works correctly.
this is under windows xp, and using jaws 6.
Is anyone else having this problem or know of a solution?
