jfw entering forms mode ironiously

Hello, all. I'm using jfw 12 and sometimes when I'm composing an email, Jaws 
will go into forms mode and put me in the Subject or "bcc" fields. Has anyone 
else encountered this and or found a solution to it? Thanks and take care.
