jfw and outlook express

Hi to all,
A friend of mine is experiencing this problem. He is using windows XP and
jaws 5.0 and when he goes into outlook express and tries to arrow threw his
messages all he is hearing is top of window and bottom of window. We checked
all settings and everything is ok. Does anyone have any suggestions? thanks
