jfw and music downloading programs

Hi all. I am regarding getting some input on various software applications
that work well with JAWS and can be used for mp3 downloads, audio books, etc.
I was using winmx before but I guess it is no longer available. I would very
much welcome feed back as I have asked this sort of question before and have
not received and answer. Also I have a mp3 player sitting around in a closet
somewhere and I would like to use it.
