jfw and ms word

greetings
JFW reads instantly OE messages. How can I do the same with MS Word documents?
I have to invoke insert down arrow to have JFW read the whole document from top
to bottom. Anything I can add in the JSS scripts to have it read automatically
as in OE messages?
any advice welcomed.
