As a former Comcast subscriber, I think those things they are referring to are flash buttons. You'll need to go and make sure you have Flash enabled in your IE Program Advanced Options settings area. Then, look for some flash content near the top of their page when you log on. I don't remember if the first one you need to click is toolbox or simply "Services". It isn't the easiest site to navigate, that's for sure. Siorry I can't be of more help, but I'm no longer a cable customer, having switched to DSL. Hi, I am trying to get to Comcast's site and to get to their section to launch a web page. I can't find anywhere on their site anything that says tool box or the area that gives the directions to launch a web page. I called Comcast and they insist that I need to click on to tool box. I am using jaws 4.2 and also tried with jaws 5.0 demo. Anyone have any suggestions, does anyone have these kinds of problems?
