Jouie,
Since you are receiving the Digest version of the JFW User's list, you need
to avoid using the reply-to method when replying to a particular message,
because your reply message includes a copy of the entire digest! That really
screws up the digest for all the other list members who get the digest,
because it duplicates all the messages.
What you should do instead of a reply, is to start a new message and address
it to jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx, and include the appropriate title on the subject
line.
