Linda, I think the update code can be found in the "about" submenu of the
Jaws help area.

Hi,
When I updated the new patch, it is asking me for my special update code. I
don't have that unless they mean the authorization number. Also, the
authorization number came off of the jacket. Is there any way to read it
from my hard drive so I can write it down?
