jaws speaking ribon twice in word 2007:

Hi list this is kenny. Yesterday I installed office 2007 home and student
adition. When I pressed the alt key in office word 2007 jaws said ribon twice.
Does this sound like a bug I need to report to freedom scientific? If so Do I
email the developers or the technical support technicians. I am using jaws
version 10 running xp home adition with service pac 3.
