Take a look at the html options in the configuration manager
There are several tabs in that dialogue, but there should be an answer
there.

I seem to remember jaws in earlier versions that you could turn of when jaws
says "nesting table with 6 columns and 8 rows". I can't find a way to make
jaws stop saying tables in version 7. I just like it to read the web site.
