Gery, Is your default printer in Adobe perhaps an off-line printer that needs to have a driver installed? It might be going out each time to look for, and install the driver and printer, and then triggering JAWS that the hardware has changed. Just a wild guess, but given JAWS, I guess no guess is a wild guess. It must be Science!!!
