Hi Judith,
Try going to the View Menu by pressing alt v. Then, cursor up to Zoom and
press Enter. Then, cursor up and down through the various percentage options; I
have mine set on 100% and that seems to do it for me.

Hi Guys, I know I've asked about this problem before but now it is
unbearable. While I am reading back a word document line by line or in say all
jaws leaves off part of the last word read or entire blocks of text. I'm
working with jaws 7.1. I tried updating the screen, maximizing the screen and
a combination of both. Is there any tip that will alleviate this problem?
