Mike, see my other post. Perhaps the best thing to do would be to
go into Jaws Help, Using Popular Applications, and the list of
Microsoft applications inside there. One of the applications listed
is Windows Live Messenger.
Seriously, just do some reading in there and you should be fine.
Or, download the free Daisy training material from Freedom
Scientific, either by running "check for updates" from the Jaws
Help menu, or by going to
http://www.freedomscientific.com/downloads/training/training-downloads.asp
and looking for the heading "DAISY Books for JAWS"
