if the version of windows xp that you are using is xp home which I suspect it is, it is most likely that you are not authorized for windows 2k. If you attempt to run the auth manager on the 2k system before installing jaws, you will be advised of this if it is the case. Johnnie Apple Seed ----- Original Message ----- From: "Rich Hamel" <rcham27@xxxxxxx> To: <jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Saturday, October 16, 2004 9:10 AM Subject: jaws and windows 2000 A sighted friend was unable to install my jaws 4.5 and 5.0 on a third computer at work that uses windows 2000. A message came up that indicated that only the demo version would install. At home, the two versions have been installed on windows 98 and x p. Any thoughts on how to fix the problem?
