MessageHi: Sorry guess I forgot that info. The jaws version that worked was 5
the one that does not is 9 actually neither does 10 unless there is a setting
to change to make it work. Anyone can also write me off list if they have any
ideas if that is better.

Liz

What are the two versions. Which JFS version works and which does not?

Hi: Is it normal for an older version of jaws to work with a website and
the new update not to do so. I am having this problem with my log distance
phone site when I go online to check my bill. With internet explorer jaws
keeps talking and will not quit til the end of the screen where it freezes and
with firefox it isn't much better although I can at least log in to the site.
When I click on customer info I am unable to down arrow to read where I want
to. I can tab through the links and that but can not get to the data. Just
curious if this is normal as I was hoping to not have to keep two versions
installed if possible. Thanks in advance.

    Liz
