jaws 8.0.2107 and reading in wword2007 with vista

Hi, after going into a document in word2007 and starting it by writing my name
on top of it and inserting the date through the insert menu and pressing enter
and then going up and down arrow through the document to see what I have
written, it makes the windows vista dinging sound.
I have tried refreshing the screen and trying it again, but it still does the
same thing.
My only choice then is to read by paragraph through the document using ctrl up
arrow and ctrl down arrow.
I have checked the word options on this, but can not seem to find anything on
disabling it.
Can anybody help?
