Hi:
try going into the configuration manager, then to verbosity options. and
unchecking "JAWS Message ", for the verbosity level you're using, this will
stop saying deleted completely.

*note; Alternatively if you just want it to say deleted instead of message
deleted the just set the message length to short.

Best wishes,
Terrill Reynolds

Subject: jaws 8 update and silencing the "message delete" in outlook express

Well I had the "message delete" silenced with previous versions of Jaws by
going into Script Manager in Outlook Express, but with the new Jaws 8 update
it keeps saying "message delete" no matter what I do. I put verbosity to
advanced as someone recommended, but I can't seem to silence this function
whether an OE message is open or closed. Can someone help? Thanks.
