jaws 7 and settings

Hey,
I'm trying to configure a program but was given the keystrokes for jaws 5.
I'll list them:
Open the program. Bring up configure manger using jaws key plus 6.
six.Hit alt S for set options and then F for format options.
Once there check the box that says speak text formatting enabled.
Tab through the remaining options and make sure that speak foreground colour
is checked. You may want to uncheck the box that says speak attributes
because you don't really need that unless you find that for some reason it's
not behaving right without it, which it shouldn't.
Once you've done this, you can press ok, then control S for save and then
you can press alt F4 to close the configuration manager.
Now in jaws 7 after hitting alt s the "format" option isn't available. Any
clues?
