jaws 5.0 and XM online

I signed up for the XM Online service which uses the flash player. I am having
trouble with using it with jaws 5.0.844. I have flash enabled on web pages
checked when I go to that site, and I am able to get jaws to see some of the
channels, but not all of them. Does anyone else have the service and have any
suggestions? There are supposed to be scroll buttons, but i can't figure out
which ones they are or get them to work properly. Thanks for any suggestions.
I did write to XM about making the player more accessible and got the basic
form letter back saying it had been forwarded to the appropriate department.
