Actually, it didn't deny me, or say my authorization was invalid; the
darn thing just didn't work at all. If I hadn't known better, I'd have
said my Internet connection was down. They sent me a list of detailed
instructions, some of which, if followed, could easily disable the
entire program. The easiest (and I'll try it eventually if necessary)
would be to deactivate and start from scratch.

I used my last activation key. I just send a "reset of activation key"
form to FS and in under 8 hours I had 3 more keys just for me. Also,
this is weird though. I needed to re-activate my openbook. I wasted my
last key on it. That's weird don't you think?

Yes. Jaws 12 is out. Not beta. It works fine over here. I had some
problems with the activation, but it was nothing.

I have had an email from a y friend in UK to say Jaws 12 is released, I
do not mean beta I haven't seen it on your List, can you say if you have
it, I do have an update bought some time ago, just not sure if it all
