Look in your system tray for a button to hit Space or the Applications key on. I think it may be called "Java updates are available." You can get to the system tray directly by typing Windows+B. You can then arrow among buttons. If JAWS keeps putting you back on one particular button, hold down Alt+Shift+UpArrow for a few seconds to scoot the mouse off the system tray so it won't keep forcing focus back onto whatever button it's sitting over.
