Re: inbox problems

Try this, when you are in the message list, press alt+t for tools, then o for 
op tions, then shift-tab once, press your
right arrow key until you get to send, then tab, uncheck anything that says 
html, and check anything that says plain
text, and also uncheck reply in the same format the message is in.  Tab to ok, 
and press enter.  See what happens then.
