Can you just go into printers and faxes and right click on the printer
you want as the default. The way to do this on the keyboared is to arrow
to the printer and hit the applications key. Now arrow down to set as
default. Or set printer as default. I can't exactly remember what it is
called but it is something like that.
Hope this helps,
Daniel.

Subject: hp1100 printer as default printer

Hi: I use a hp1100 desk jet printer to print documents. Recently, I
used openbook to scan pdf files and now my default printer is the
freedom import printer. How do I change my default back to the hp1100,
I see the control panel for adding a removing printers but that doesn't
seem to have the option I need. I assume Jaws will allow me to get at
these controls. Thanks in advance.
