I use webvisum. But I must log in into hotmail using firefox. Wich is a time
waster. Most of the time I look for sighted assistance. But again, it is a
waste of time. Because I must do it each time I send a message.

Subject: how do people solve captures with there screenreaders

Hi all, because of the hotmail issue some of us has been having lately I was
wondering how does each and everyone of us cope in solving these captures. Do
you relie on sighted help, use webvisum for the firefox browser or solona.net
which uses internet explorer.
I use webvisum. But I would like help in knowing how to use the solona.net way
of solving captures.
Basicly I have setup an account which is my BT account some of you might know
it as yahoo but it ends with btinternet.com
Well when I login to the page I get a combobox that offers 4 things and they
are, Raive, Contact support, my account and finally logout. Also on that page,
above it it says "Captcha Solution Service unavailable." Which is weird because
I thought that was the thing it does. The only thing I thought of was that it
could be my email address that it doesn't like. But I'm not sure. After that
there is a continue button so I pick the 1st option in the combo box but on the
next page I can't find anything about what to do and how to do it.
Could anyone who uses this service explain to me how it all works using the web
interface.
Many Thanks
Daniel
