Where is that? It does it with some programs, but it's not doing it with
these two particular sites at all.
I have looked in Personal Firewall in configure and I'm not finding
anything.

Norton does work well with jaws. you have to go in to settings there is a
way to have it ask you whether you will allow a sertin program & you get in
to a list box where it says always allow or allow once & a few other
choices.
