help on Windows XP baloons message

Dearest listers,
What is the jaws keystrokes to read Baloon in windows X P? For example, when
I close my MSN main window, jaws says: "click this baloon to not show this
message again in the future".
My question is, how do I click on those kind of baloons because in windows
xp the baloons seem to be found in many applications including windows x p
itself.
