glitch between JAWS (later versions) and Media Player?

Hi,
I just wentto the only website
that has a music greeting that
worked before I paid for the expensive fix.
Once Media Player was used, I was right backto the beginning
--unableto keep open sites with a verbal or music greeting!
With Media Player installedagain,I could keep any site open
but of course I used Media Player and
developedthe same problem.
This does not happen with JAWS 6xxx or 7xx ever
andI can openany site at will
without having it close visa visthe verbal greeting.
Any onewantto send me off list radio siIf I reinstalled Media Player, it
would fix problem (maybve) but problm wouldreoccur with usage of J 9 or 11.
Will reinburse as need helpand cannot sit too long as had surgery.
Please write off list.
