frame help please

Am I ever confused!!! I have set up a frame using both control shift left
bracket, hit twice quickily and control/shift left right bracket
respectively. Checking its position and by viewing it, all is well.
However, i can not get it tospeak when ever text changes in it. The windkow
title stays the same as does the control type. All ther choices are turned
on, yet it will not speak. Any suggestions?
Using the OnlineBible 2.00, xp home and jaws 5 and6 and 6.1
