forwarded messages are attachments in OE

Hi All,
When certain people send me forwarded messages, they come as attachments and
there are very few of them that I can read in OE. Even after saving the
attachment, when I open it up it looks just like the e-mail itself looked
and doesn't show the actual text of the e-mail.
I don't know whether this is a Jaws problem or what, and it doesn't happen
with all forwarded messages that I receive it's just from some people, has
anybody found a solution to this problem?
