form on and off

Hi,
I use jaws 11, windows office 2007,xp, and my question is
when I go to the internet, or want to sign in to my yahoo groups,
I hear a constant "doink" and the forms off and on, is "off"
how can I go back to where I have to press the space bar, so that the forms on
and off are available to me again?
I know it's in the settings, but I forgot how to fix that.
