for JAWS users websites' builders!

Hi listers!, a long this time in the list, I noticed most of you, got some
experience on websites building, if not, several of you have been trained.
well, I am wandering about meta tags, how to design? if clue words are defined,
can someone does this work an amateur like me?, can I use JAWS for doing this
by myself? or I need some sighted assistance?
