Hi Everybody

I am using Jaws 8; Windows XP Home and Outlook 2000.

When I receive an e-mail containing links and this e-mail is in plain text
format, I am unable to follow the links directly from out of the e-mail by
entering on it or doing a left mouse click (caps lock +8 - I am working on a
laptop).

However, a sighted user can do it by doing a double left click with the
mouse.

If I receive an e-mail containing links and the e-mail is in html format, I
have no problem accessing the links from the e-mail.

Now, my questions:

1 Can anybody please explain to me why a sighted user can follow links in
an plain text e-mail, but I cannot do it with Jaws?

2 Except for using copy and paste, is there a work around for me to follow
the links when the e-mail is in plain text format?

Thanks.

Renette
