fantasy baseball leagues on ESPN.com

Hello All,
I was wondering if anybody here has played fantasy baseball on ESPN.com and
if so if it's easy to move players from the bench to the lineup and vise
versa and to pick up and drop players. I'm playing in a fantasy football
league on the same site now and it is very Jaws friendly and although I
suspect that all of their leagues would have the same formats I don't know
for sure.
