No I don't want to reorder.
Word did it
what I want to do is to print each row as if it were an address in a master
list.

There is a feature in the print dialog to print only selected columns; but
if you want them in a different order than they are, that won't work. If
the order is the same as the spread sheet, but you just want to skip some
columns along the way, try hiding the ones you want to skip. Select the
column(s) you don't want to display, go to format, column, arrow to hide
and press enter. To unhide them again, select the columns on either side
of the hidden columns, go to format, columns, unhide. It is my belief that
hiddne columns don't print. Just try a page, though, because it is
possible--although of course highly unlikely (smile)--that I am wrong.

Another way to do it, without changing the order of the columns, is to
select only the columns you want to print, and print them.

Or you can create a second spread sheet, tying the columns in that one to
the original sheet (so that column a in the second sheet is identical to
column f in the first sheet, for example) and print the second sheet
instead of the first. That way you could reorder the columns if you chose,
and the data would be consistent on the two sheets.

Good luck!
