Hello.
It is probably telling you that some parts of jaws have to be ran as an
elevated user.

Hi folks:
At my company before we can upgrade to newer versions of software we have
to go through our certification lab, well we went through and installed
jaws 9, and it installed properly. however, after it was installed the
application event logs showed the following message
some application event errors that show up on the system you were testing
Jaws on this morning. I'm not sure what Freedom Scientific Elevation
So what is Freedom Scientific Elevation
any ideas?
